Swtor freezing on Hoth loading screen

Hello! I'm playing on my Imperial Agent and I have a mission on Hoth, but whenever I try to leave my ship for hoth the game freeze on the loading screen. It always gets to about 1/3 on the loading bar before freezing. I've tried to enter Hoth on other characters but I run into the same issue there. I've never run into the issue on any other planet, this only happens on Hoth. If anyone has any suggestions to solve this issue it would be greatly appreciated so I can continue my story.

    I tried that but it didn't fix my problem. Do you know anything else that might fix it? I wasn't experiencing this issue before, so I believe it might be something with the most recent patch, but i'm unsure.

    @Blackout003300 

    Doubt is patch related as you are the only one reporting at present 

    can you go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\BioWare\Star Wars-The Old Republic\swtor  and delete just the file called discachearena then start the launcher and login.

    if it persists after can you provide a dxdiag per this link

    Removing the file resulted in me not being able to play the game, i got to the loading menu after you log in and click "play", but it froze on the loading menu. So here is the DxDiag.
