hello, i haven't been able to log into my account for a long time. the one-time password never arrives. i've tried to seek help in several places but i haven't been able to find anything. and there's no way i can call support by phone
Is there really no other way? I'm Brazilian, and my English isn't very good. I have over a thousand hours of gameplay on Steam, and I've even spent money on it. Starting from scratch after all that would be discouraging.
If the OTP is not in the junk folder etc , then your options are either call swtor support to update the email address on the account to one that does recievethe emails or create a new account
