SWTOR lost Security Key issue

So I went away from SWTOR for a while, and i'm trying to come back. However, I no longer have the cell that used for the security key. When I went to the forums to see what to do, EA says to click on the "lost security key" option and "Instructions will appear on how to remove your Security Key. After reading them, click on Request One-Time Password." However, no instructions pop up just a link that says "all star wars help is now being done by EA. Go here (link)" however, it just links me back to the thread to follow the instructions that don't exist. Am i missing something?

Ha, know what? it's fine. I managed to get my old cell to work through wifi and got a security code. now i'll just make sure i get rid of the security code option. thanks anyway

Go to swtor.com and then go to log into your account. Enter your Display name and Password but leave the Security Key field blank. Click login and then on the next screen when it asks for your security key below the box is the link you click on to receive the one time password email to remove the security key. Once you enter that password it will be removed.

If you have any issues with receiving the email or still removing the security key, you can call customer service to have them remove it for you once they verify your account over the phone.

See, that's just the issue. there IS no link to get a email. when i click "lost your security key?" it just sends me to this page.

Do get an new one using an android emulator or use winauth then the key is on your PC.
