SWTOR Stuck on core worlds while game claims to be downloading but stuck at 0.%

So the game is fully patched, I was playing as one of my higher level toons this morning with my other half, but while doing the heroic's on hoth together my game suddenly went into "Not responding" ...

I agree, If this continues to occur, non streaming as detailed in that link is best, the patch method it is switching too does not use bitraider

My launcher is not streaming. That was one of the first things I checked under a whole check lists. Its happened again now as I speak, Its not a thing that blocks me 100% of the time, it is just annoying when it randomly pops up. like right at this moment (that i'm typing) I've just downloaded the patch and I will sit and wait for it, basically leave it to download while I go and do some house hold chores or something to make sure it gets 100% of the bandwidth it needs, First load in goes fine, But then when I change toon Or log out for a bit and then log in it will randomly happen. I did wonder at first if it was merely a connection issues but that doesn't seem to be the case. :/

And just so you can see what the launcher looks like before it loads in to the chara' select screen and bare in mind this mostly hits me when I want to Change chara, only sometimes dose it hit me when trying to log in for the first time in the day. also the 2nd pic is of the bitrader being fully enabled, and to point out I am now on my 3rd try of deleting the files in the bitrader folder the non streaming advice gives, to no avail. :/

That Bitraider mini support service you have highlighted is not running, if you double click on it and select Start what occurs ?

What Antivirus are you using and does exceptions exist for both launcher.exe and swtor.exe ?

  Nothing happens, I can only select Disable, Manual or automatic. (gotta "Love" windows 8.1 ~not~)
  I am using Avast Anti virus and firewall, Starwars is added to its exceptions, I did try to run the game with Avast disabled last night to see if it had anything to do with it, but it didn't have any effect.
  
  I've just deleted the games Bitrader files again this morning to force a reload again. (6th times the charm hopefully)

    When you double click on a service a popup will appear with a start button
    
    However if you are doing a new game download , stop and follow this link to switch patch methods, this will permanently disable bitraider
