where was the purchase made ? steam , swtor.com etc

Swtor support can also see you made 2 purchases , do you want both purchases or do you want to refund one of them ?you should have subscriber status ingame now
Swtor support had to cancel the renewal of the subscription to fix the account, so when the gametime ends you will need to repurchase a subscriptionI am having the same issue, I purchased through Steam today although still saying Freeplay! Can you help please. I have cancelled the subscription as you put on here but not sure what else to do,
I'll keep both. Can this be avoided in the future? It seems like every time I come back to the game this same thing happens.

you are best to redo the screenshots , the size of the one you supplied makes them hard to visualise properly
