textures problem

I just came back to SWTOR and i have a problem with textures in game. It seems that all lights go through other objects ( and my character). I didnt have that problem before. I put few screens from game.

Problem fixed. I lowered antialiasing to medium and everything is fine now 🙂.

Might need to try a repair.

The repair option is available from the launcher. After pressing log-in, your account name will appear in the top right corner. Click it and a menu will drop down. Click settings. You should be able to repair your installation from there. If that button is unclickable, delete the DiskCacheArena file under the swtor directory.

Hmm, maybe try a graphics driver update?

It also seems like a lot of people have been reporting graphical issues since the last patch. It's possible it's the game and not you.

What graphics card do you have? Another user had a Geforce GTX 650 Ti. It might be useful tos hare your specs so we can perhaps detect a pattern.

That rules out a driver issue.

Glad you sorted it out now, though I hope BioWare Austin releases a permanent fix. That said, I think the anti-aliasing in this game is actually FXAA, which reduces jaggies by making the entire game blurry. The game may actually look better if you disable that entirely. (Though that's up to personal preference.)
