And also I bought subscription on steam, but it wasn't recognized on swtor.com
You will need to call swtor support to fix an account issue , as to the steam purchase they have no email from you at present

or ask to upload the screenshots to an ea ticket when you call support

[Edit] Just checked it once more, a stupid mistake, I sent it from an email address that didn't have a dot, while the one I used to create swtor/ea account had a dot.
