There is an issue with your Electronic Arts account CANT SUBSCRIBE.

So I used to subscribe.  I thought I still was subscribed.  Hadn't played the game in 6+ months.  I go to resub and am told that Paypal won't work, and I can't use my credit card....  How Can I resub?
