If you have lost the security key it needs to be removed , if you have right displayname and password, you can do this in a web browser (not the launcher) by logging in at http://www.swtor.com and leave the key field blank as seen in this guide
it will fail if the password is wrong or the account is disabled for some reason, in which case you need to call support
The google auth app is the app used for security keys now and to set it up you need to remove any previous keys , adding an app back doesnt setup the key
