if the suspension was billing based (could be suspended if they think the account was hacked) then the suspension may be lifted by calling swtor support

If the suspension was TOS based then you need to email swtoraccountdisputes@bioware.com

I would not say that the problem is solved, since you answered with a template phrase and THAT’S ALL. this didn't help at all
