I am a preferred status player, I have in the past been a subscriber, but can't do it now. I have recently started playing again and have a level 25 Jedi Sentinal that I have gotten to level 27. The issue is he is being limited to level 22. This is frustrating. Why?
What do you mean like you aren't earning any experience points or you lost 5 levels? If you just lost levels, I've not heard of this issue happening before, all I can recommend would be to just re-level your character.
If there is an issue leveling period, then you would need to either call customer service or email [email protected].
I think you misunderstood something here, since 4.0 there is an mechanism in Game called Level Sync.
this Reduces your Level to the Maximal Level for the planet you are on.
So you get Rewards and Exp on any Planet.
You possibly mean that you are in an area that brings your level down to 22? That's all I can think of. Certain areas lower your level to a certain level depending on the area/planet.
