Hey there!
I have been playing SWTOR for a good few years, however out of the blue the other day, my game consistently crashed upon startup (on the loading screen). Bitraider has been removed for a long time, and despite completing a full re-download of the game (twice), this issue persists. SWTOR is an exception in my antivirus and I have followed all the steps on this guide, with no success:

I would try a older video driver , example nvidia have a lot of crash issues with their latest release, so much so they have released a hotfix addressing some issues but peopel are still reporting issues https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/forums/game-ready-drivers/13/373159/announcing-geforce-hotfix-driver-44598-released-42/
hence use a video driver version prior to the recent releases is worth testing

Is this what you mean? I tried to roll back my driver, but it wouldn't let me do that.
Few things from the dxdiag
recommend changing the power option from balanced to high performance when playing swtor , it can have a major impact on performance
also your video driver is from March 2019 so is actually outdated, to install the latest driver you will need to follow the directions in https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/29530/Intel-Graphics-Windows-10-DCH-Drivers
can see the swtor crashes but no reference to the cause , can also bccode 141 listed which is a video driver timeout so updating the driver maybe worth doing.
@proxos666 Thanks again for the further help. I have followed the link and updated my drivers fully, however I am still having the same issues. ☹️
If bitraider is disabled, got to a full clean boot per https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/help/929135/how-to-perform-a-clean-boot-in-windows
see if any change

I am afraid the clean boot didn't work - so I assume that mean another application isn't interfering?

I gave this a shot, but unfortunately it didn't fix anything. I then decided upon trying something a little more out-of-the-box by just deleting the loading screen that I freeze on all together. This has worked a treat for the past few hours. I will accept your last post as a solution and post again if it decides to revert back to freezing.
