Please clear the cache on your PC and try again.
It might also help to log in to your EA account on the EA Website first to check whether the login there works correctly.
If you can login on the support website, you can try resetting the password and changing the email address on the records to isolate the problem.
You can try updating your EA account email following this guide, and if nothing else works, please check in with the SW:TOR team following this other guide. Our advisors will do their best to continue helping you get back in the game.
