So we are halfway through phase 3 and 15 people have not scored a point. We do tier 4. What do yall do to keep people going without having to kick out half of your guild? I know Nihilus is annoying...

8 days worth of 20 minutes per day, so almost 3 hours of game time for 6 MK 3 holo projectors, 6 MK 4 laptops and maybe something else. THIS is why people do not like this raid.
It takes you 20 minutes a day to out up 100k in the raid? I spend that each day but I shoot for 5 mil a day. We do t5 in 3 days because we don't allow slackers. But if you're only shooting for 100k per run it's 5 min tops. But I personally woukd rather get the rewards 2 times a week. And the guild event currency helps the rewards. I get 3 or 4 hundred of it twice a week. That gets me more g12 gear or hoda shards. It isn't so bad if the whole guild plays. It shouldn't take long to get your 100k per run uo to 2 then 5. Then get sime teams that can do over 1 mil oer run. Assuming you have some jtr teams, you can do a 2 to 3 mil run in 5 min. 20 or so of thse and you're through p1. Then a team or two each at p2 and it's done since it is super easy to do high dmg in p2. 20 or so chex mix teams each 5 min each clears p3. 10 or so ns teams kills nihlas in p4 or one really good one can solo it. Then the end is a slog but you have 50 people working on it so a team or two each. So assuming you have some decent teams and use them wisely, it realky only takes 5 or 6 runs each to win. Now at 5 min a run that is 30 min total. The reason it is such a slog, is because in most guilds half the guild or more half ass it so the rest have to double or triple teir efforts to beat the raid.
