Your personal drop rates aren't relevant to the question. And even if they were, it only takes one success to propel your arena team forward.
I'm not talking about my personal drop rate at all but going from the statistics that people have done on a good quality mod drop, that is going to take A LOT of crystals to get. You can save all that by refreshing the mod store. Its simply not worth it other than farming specific toons.
This is my personal opinion though. Where would you rank cantina refresh among the three?
From the range Trooper marquee, I got a 13 speed cross and an 11 speed square, so I'm more excited about those than I am the new character
