3 energy's, which is most valuable to refresh?

Normal- Gear, character shards Cantina- Character/ship shards, mats, cantina shop currency Ship- Character/ship Shards, reinforcement mats, (Zetas)? So if you could only pick between 2 out of 3...

Everyone keeps mentioning zetas. You can't farm zetas on the ship PVE board. You get 1 for first time completion of each level 5 hard battle, but they are not on the regular loot tables
