7⭐️ Levi Refresh Refund...

Hey CG,

Given that the event reset, you were able to get an additional free run (even if you're already 7⭐️) - the 999 refresh count also reset, meaning you didn't need to buy the 1,299 packs... so for anyone like myself who 7⭐️ last night, we spent 2.5K crystals more than anyone else who went 6⭐️ yesterday, 7⭐️ today...

I'd like to think we're going to get those crystals refunded...

How should I go about requesting that, do I need to open a ticket?

I had to restart for it to show up. I think they also roll these out over time so it's probably coming.

Is this refund being given to people who bought crystals from the shard pack to get to 7 star?

CG gonna be CG, no crystals even for having a 7 stars leviathan before the free reset

I was really pleased and surprised by the crystal refund. CG was proactive and did a mass refund. Need to give them credit.

Thank you! My expectations were low, this is a welcome acknowedgement of everything that was said in this thread and it's most appreciated!

A great move on CGs part and all credit to them for doing it! Bravo!
