A Great Start

This is where I disagree. Their road map pretty much invalidates the argument that 3000 crystal packs are a problem. If you want the character at 7* immediately, pay for it. Or wait a a while and they will be in normal packs. Or wait a little longer and farm for free. Each new character will follow the same schedule. There is no bait and switch here. Just good solid communication. It should have come before the packs were released but it's here now and with all the constant negativity unleashed in these forums, I will shout from the rooftops when they do something great.

While what was said and some info was good. It still doesnt justify the citadel pack and Dont forget that when Baze was moved to Chromiums it costs Thousands to get him to 7star if you were lucky and unlucky even more. So this is why i call it a bait and switch, Cause if the drop rate is the same as baze was then they are making even more fools out of us cause then it wont cost just 800 bucks to 1200 bucks for them now it will cost 2 to 4k. So i am viewing this as a wait and see and i wont buy anything till something is said and what kind of drop rate to expect. If i spend 3 vaults i expect 6 to 7 star a toon. Just like they were when it was aurodium packs.

Id just hate to see this game die out cause of bad communication and poorly treating costumers. And until i hear something i will just blame EA cause this seems more of their doing.

Exactly. I post all my complaints here, so it's only fair I should post when they do something good.

I just got to say, I agree with the bolded above so much. It makes me cringe with embarrassment for anyone who ever thinks of saying that and especially those who came up with it. The comp was always beatable, easily, it was just another instance of self congratulation for probably stealing somone elses idea.
