Great idea. How about opposite debuffs? ie if I have Leia and you have Vader on the opposite side there is an debuff for Leia "interrogation". Vader gets a debuff if you use Luke. Its like a game I used to play magic the gathering complex but that what makes if fun. Also these specials should not be advertised they should be found out over time ( possible nerf if a user comes up with a god combo).
