DR counters JKR and vice versa. They should be on the same tier as characters in themselves. As a team, then yes, Revan is better (with Malak), but as a sole character, they are same tier.
Okay, you may have misunderstood my tiering. Those are shorthands for the teams those characters lead, not the characters themselves. And no one is saying JKR isn't good - he's just not the top tier anymore.
