Problem is not leaving your guild and joining another guild. Problem with top-tier guilds is that you cannot stop people from leaving/quitting outside of top 10. Its a nightmare for guild management and lots of guilds are disbanding because of that. Recruiting is really hard right now since getting into top 10 in sith raid is really hard in those guilds
