Accessibility options for PvP (Arena, TW, GAC)

Hey, this is probably more of a feature suggestion than feedback, but as a player with ADHD and low attention span, I would love to have a toggle-able setting that provides response from the game (sound effect + screen vibration) at intervals while the timer is running (could be every minute) and no one has taken a turn during that interval. I often have issues getting distracted with something in the middle of a fight and then suddenly forget I was playing the game, so this would really help in those situations!
