Accidentally ‘deleted’ wrong account.

As tittle says, I have 2 phones and an alt on,  one of them, so 3 accounts I was signed in on the wrong account and used the delete function.

I appreciate it was a rookie move but can someone advise is it truly irreversible? Been over 20 days and I can still see the account using ally function, I have friend requested it and started a chat with it, still shows up on my swgoh.gg profile can they undo it before it’s gone forever? 

I have raised a ticket but maybe a language barrier problem but the gentleman that is dealing with it says it has been requested to be deleted… I’m well aware of that lol 

so TLDR is it technically possible for them to just not delete it or am I asking for the impossible?
