Account Banned - I absolutely have no idea why
Hello All,
All of a sudden while playing i get a notification that stated my account is Banned for Repeat Offense.
I can very honestly say i never ever cheated in the game. Anyone can take a look at my GAC history: https://swgoh.gg/p/747511775/
I tried reaching out to Customer Support and it says i will receive notifications within in-game notifications. I can't even login to check my squad so i absolutely have no idea how i can resolve this issue.
Can anyone advise me how i can get my account back. I've been playing this game 4 years now, and have ta lot invested already. Not a whale but i constantly supported the developers and never ever had a chargeback request.
And i just unlocked both Rey and Ben this morning, Couldn't even tried her in any battle yet.
