Account banned but why

Send a PM to CG_leviathan and explain. He won't respond but he is your biggest hope.
If you bought/transferred the account, used hacks in PVE, bought crystals from 3rd party, other things are considered for bans.
It is Thanksgiving weekend for them, so I doubt they're in office today.

I have never used hacks in any way, I don't even know if hacks can be used on ios, I have never bought crystals from 3rd party, my purchases are always on ios or ea.com, all invoiced, I have not sold or bought my account, I log in with my own apple account. If I send a regular message to CG_leviathan for a few days, will he reply even if it's not today?

there must have been a mistake. If you find out why this happened, please let me know.

I hope someone will tell me why I was banned, I will do whatever it takes to make sure it doesn't happen again.

A mega thread.. More evidence that the automated system used to send bans has glitches that need to be fixed.
