Account banned

Hi i'm Stefano,

my account has been banned at first login after update to the latest version 2 days ago. i've contacted EA helps, they say to me that my ban list is empty and there aren't problem with my account. Please restore my account

    Your account won't get restored because your a cheater.

    Please create a new character and don't cheat this time and you won't get banned.
