Hi OP. These might be rather facile questions but need to be ruled out:
Have you tried transferring your account between devices recently?
Have you made any other changes to your account (including GameCenter)?
Have you tried deleting and reloading the app just to check for sync problems?
Your Swgoh.gg GAC data isn’t showing so there may be some sort of sync issue or the server might think you’ve deleted your own account so it’s worth checking
What data there is (eg the last 30 days chart) certainly doesn’t give any clues about why you might be blocked.
As HN says, you’re probably best asking a friendly mod to put your case to the devs - as they sometimes need a nudge.
Personally I’ve found the EA help desk pretty flaccid but others may have had better experiences
