Account "unauthorised" to access webstore

I'm trying to use the webstore, I am old enough and my EA account has been verified as old enough, but when I try to use the webstore it says my account is unauthorised, not invalid or wrong, just unauthorised. I tried to use EA help who suggested I use ingame help, but ingame help hasn't responded to my messages in days. I just want my free rewards goddamnit! Any help is welcome.
