I went to log in today and received an account banned for repeat offenses message. I’ve never had a single offense and have played this account for years (and spent some money on it as well)Messaged using in game support but didn’t get a response. I don't know if you saw the films, but Rey is the most powerful being ever to exist so, clearly you can't do that.

Tried going in with a different network, forced closed and restarted device to make sure it wasn’t a client issue.

Seems pretty obvious what happened here. 13 mil player loses to a 9mil player and just reports because “there’s no way they could beat me without cheating”, despite not bothering to legitimately attack.

Nevermind. Found it. 10/10/23 series, round 2. Their opponent only placed 1 team, the insta-escape trio of Mothma/3P0/Hermit which used to trigger the automated ban. Is that still a thing?

That is true but we've had lots of cheaters in the past whom swore that they didn't cheat. (And sometimes had the wildest explanations if something was off)

I don't think someone with a 9m gp roster (6 GLs) would risk a ban just to beat someone in GAC. If something is fishy here would be illegal acquirement of crystals or something like that.
I hope it's just a technical game issue but if that happens randomly it makes me feel uncertain for every other account here.

How much GP someone has does not correlate to whether or not they will or have cheated. Because large accounts have been caught cheating, and not too long ago either. Everyone makes their own decisions.
