There should be a TW overview in SWGOH.GG like in GAC where you can see who attacked who with what, because some absolute clown in my guild keeps preloading teams while doing no damage or progress. ...

You can use a discord bot for that :)

The C3PO bot has a « tw preload » command.

HotBot also provides this information via the /twgamezonelog command.
OutrunWhistle our guild are above 700M GP, and a few months ago we used the /twgamezonelog command to uncover 3 members that TM loaded. Not all the time, but this wasn’t a one time accidental thing either.
All 3 of them sheepishly came forward and asked why TM loading was a bad thing. They thought removing a bit of protection from all the Inquisitors, for instance, was a good thing and would make it easier for the next player. No I’m not joking.
My favourite TM loading facepalm moment came a long time ago, when a member posted a TM load because he had “got rid of Malak’s protection”. Failing to understand that Malak does this himself at the start of each battle.

  Oooooohhh, you've quirked my interest with that example. I once asked here whether preloading Inquisitors in TW would be a good thing. They're going first anyway, would it be better to have their best specials on a cool down? With all those omicrons though, it's quite a confusing team.
  Of course, convincing your guild that you understand preloading and are purposely preloading is another thing. Especially, if it all goes wrong. My hunch though, is that preloading Inquisitors in TW........is the right thing to do.
  I'd love to know from somebody that categorically knows though!
