Add Zeta Tier to Omega Event
Omega events were great when omega's were super rare, but now they're available in many areas of the game. Zetas, however, are still uber rare, and the number of new zeta abilities is increasing fast....

Well.... Omegas are there 24/7 too.
Doesn't really change the point, but they aren't always there, they rotate with mk3 purple mats.
