So your complaining because you didn't get cuffs?
Your rewards were pretty good with chadek comlink prototype and salvage! Also got scanner salvage which was in the prize for 28 who also got a full cuff. So you actually got more but think this is better? 2 full pieces is pretty rare and number 5 got lucky!!
I do think it's good for the game how the rewards are random and somebody in 35th could potentially get better rewards than somebody in 5th. After all these reward are from a guild raid; anybody who has played games with guild raids knows that's it's up the guild to distribute loot and the person who is the best doesn't just automatically get the best available piece of gear.
Now I am in agreement with you that the chances of getting a full piece of gear should be raised and a few pieces should completly be removed from rewards. Maybe even have a small select list of 5 or 6 gear salvages and have each raid rewards contain some salvage of atleast 1 of those gear pieces.
