Again... payout structure is just plain strange....

I'm not good enough yet to have a right to complain about this, but it seems counterproductive. It encourages players to do worse or at the very least not try as hard in raids which in turn means less profit for CG and EA. If it benefits no one, why isn't it being addressed? It would not be that hard to switch top 3 rewards to the more coveted pieces of gear only.
