Come on, folks. She clearly got stabbed to the side of her kidney. And the heat from the lightsaber would instantly cauterise the wound, which is why she didn't bleed. That being said, she would have an extra hole unless it got patched up. Given the angle of the thrust, I suppose you could attach lenses to either end and turn her into a human telescope.
