It you want to get nitpicking, it is not against the rules as it uses the word teammates. Technically, fleet is a pure pvp area and there are no teammates. If there are not teammates you cannot interfere with your teammates. Technical gotcha.
They aren't all bad. Some are just coordination. But i'm not going to sit here and tell you some aren't just absolute holes about it either. If they don't contact you, contact them. Courtesy goes a long way though that seems to be forgotten these days.
