They're utterly useless. I have 1400 of the mk4 stun gun and 1900 of the mk8 binocular things. Next to nobody uses them and I have some 50 7*. It's pointless! I keep doing the tier 3s cause more people need the power cell thing instead. What about putting in the stun gun that people need? Mk5? Or better yet.. stun cuffs for the fact that every single characters needs 2+ of the things and there's no way to get them?

Agreed, I always run tier 2 and I'm getting full up on those mats as well.

I'm in the conspiracy theorist camp that they nerfed drop rates on these things (despite claims to the contrary).
They're flat out just not dropping at @30% anymore.

They need to at least cycle through gear of the same level throughout the 3 challenges. It is absolutely ridiculous to have 2000 of one kind of gear that never gets used but then have 15 characters needing the same 2 or 3.

And it is even worse to get those same gear pieces as "rewards" for finishing a raid. Come on CG, throw us a bone.
