Anyone one else getting bored with fighting the same type squads over in over? They all seem to be Wedge, Biggs, Lando, STH, insert character. I wonder if EA is doing anything about it. I mean look at the squad battles. There really isn't any diversity there. If the people aren't running that type squad, they are trying to get the characters so they can. One of the most diverse sci-fi universes and 3 minor characters destroy everything. Smh. I'm currently in the teens, running a variation of the afore mentioned team. So there's that.

Be patient and as people's rosters expand the arena team variety will also increase

It's changing now haha now it's more like wiggs, baze, imwu and insert character It's pretty much get rebels or you won't stand a chance

Unfortunately. Leaving us dark sided players out in the cold. The double whammy is I use Apple as well. My EA imposed hell keeps getting worse and worse.

Everybody uses Rebels because they are BROKEN and they are free to play (l use Empire btw, l hate Rebels)

The rogue one characters seem to be OP as hell, and a strong challenge to the meta.
At least when it comes to Baze & the Monk character.

Hard to escape wiggs farm since they have strong metas in arena, att raid, and now ships, as well as the fact that one needs a decent rebel team to unlock ep. I ran teebo lead for long time in arena, but having recently completed my wiggs gearing i am now one of the wiggsdo meta teams of which you speak....

When people say the answer is Empire teams with a Palp lead. You need rebels to get Palp. So it's still all about rebels.

Getting bored no, In all games I'm not huge into PvP I normally rank around 300 to 500 in my shard. I enjoy the light side and dark side missions I've been trying to 3 star all those stage 8 and 9 are a pain. I've been taking time gearing up and leveling up different squads to see what works best. I would really like to see some ship missions like our light and dark side and cantina.

I like that. I try to stay in top 20 because I can do so without too much effort and there is a little bit of diversity in my shard from 20-10 so I'm not consistently fighting the same cookie cutter team. Although I do have to setup for it the meta is still there.

I run Anakin L, Aayla, Rex, B2 and Boba. My team isn't quite meta but it beats a lot of teams that rely on Baze, STH and Shoretrooper.

Them introducing attackers who heal and cleanse and tenacity up and releasing tanks who auto taunt and dispel isn't helping the diversity problem..

Well, i agree... But luckily i'm not part of this hell called meta. I run a Jedi team, with Anakin lead, which was meta a long time ago for 15 days or so... But i had it before that, and i still have it today, i won't give up my Jedi team, i feel proud i can look at my shard and see nothing but Wiggs and Rex, except me, and i'm in that same top 10 with them... ;D

The meta is shifting. Once players get Zeta mats... it'll be a whole different story!

In about one week the meta will shift as more individuals get EP and EP led teams tend to devastate Rebel squads, particularly if the EP team has Shoretrooper and Vader (adding TFP is icing on the cake). Case in point - my 5* G11 EP with Vader, Rex, Sun Fac and Shoretrooper downed a classic Rebel squad of equivalent gear and level of Wedge, Biggs, Lando, STH and QGJ in the tourney. I lost Shoretrooper (poor guy, only 3* and days away from retirement) but no one else.
