App Crashes

Since the update my iPad has been slow as slugs ... but no crashes.

Yet.

It’s sluggish on my iPad Pro , and especially during fleet combat there’s micro freezes, where it stops for a second but then continues normally. Think it started two updates ago.

Specifying an O/S would be helpful.

Working fine on my Android phone.

I'd try the usual tricks:
* clear cache and restart the app
* clear cache and local storage and restart the app
* delete and reinstall the app

Thanks. I re-installed. Seems fine now. Wonder if my Help ticket for shipments was lost...

After re-installing, I re-sent my message to the in-game Help because I could no longer see it. Once again, the app started crashing uncontrollably and required me to re-install.

Same thing has happened me after submitting a ticket for the shipments...

Game crashed twice today & then won't login past the splash screen without crashing. I've reinstalled twice. I also only saw this after submitting a ticket for the shipment issue.

Turns out we're all wrong. It's actually better.

I'm having massive app crashes. Today. First time ever it's happend. I'm on Android
