Post was edited AFTER the 11/26 update was released, which had conflicting information.- and before that today that you circled, it says NOT IMMEDIATELY AFTER. It also did not say when on the 27th it would become farmable, could be 11pm if you want to be technical...
nor did that state that "today's" update included the Arc trooper...you assumed that part
and under the Content Update it states:
