- Why wouldn't it be allowed? There's nothing in the TOS about which devices you're allowed to use.
It wouldn't be unusual for support to refuse to deal with emulators, though. At least I recall seeing a dev post that emulator use was not officially suported for Heroes of Dragon Age. - I've been using bluestacks for a month now and I think it's okay to do so

Try Andy. I shifted from Bluestacks because better graphics and less lag, for this game at least.
