Are r9 pieces available to f2p?
Are the relic pieces needed to take a character to r9 available to the f2p players? If not then do you guys think that it will be available in the future?

I don't understand why they wouldn't announce this. It's a win for loads of players, some great news to get a feel-good post out there, but they just slip it into the store, like they hope no one will notice. It was the same when r8 went in there quietly.
