Just for reference: 2 days ago I had the UL bug happening on a Fives without HI in play so it's not neccessarily connected to HI.
Do you recall how he got to 1 health before UL was applied?
The only way this happens is if you are extremely lucky (unlucky) or HI was involved when it used up the previous UL.
First, there is a misconception here.
The threshold is 1% health when it triggers not 1 health
A maxed 5's is 110,267 health
So if he is below 1102 health say at 1100 health and has UL applied he will be come indestructible and UL will never trigger.
UL puts a health limit of 1% so in this instance it can't go below 1102, since it is already there he takes no damage.
I also must be unlucky because this is the only way I see the UL bug. I use mal fleets against GK fleets and don't have heal immunity to even apply.
If I am lucky plo comes in and heals the ship and then allows me to kill it. "Ryanh1315;c-2189365" wrote:

Just spitballin here, but a tiny amount of Health Equalization followed by healing the allies a tiny amount to make up for the health loss should provide the same effect as healing through healing immunity.
Unless his ship is the only one left, then there is no equalization. Again, less likely but still leaves it open to an edge case.
One edge case seems like a much preferable situation than the norm, wouldn't you say?
Fix it, dont just kick it down the road.
If they are going to take action they should just fix it, rewrite it, or whatever to just be done with it. Not making a long standing fixed issues that still is standing, but over in the corner we only go to sometimes.
This bug has been in place for about 18 months, which should be more than enough time to fix this. At this rate, I'm extremely doubtful it will ever be fixed
https://memegenerator.net/img/instances/74663592/no-confidence.jpg- It took them how long to fix 5's sacrifice in 5th slot? I doubt they even know how to fix stuff they broke, instead they make a new char to deal with the bug and call it a day.

Would be nice, all they need to do is add 1% heal when UL is applied to get it over the trigger threshold
This situation arises from HI being in place, so that will not solve all the cases.- Healing Immunity isn't unrelated... the Healing Immunity prevents the healing that would happen upon Undying Loyalty popping, and prevents the process of removing the buff. It's an easy way for the ship to get stuck at 1% HP. I've seen it a lot and it's infamous in Fleet disc.
But @scuba's idea sounds about right. "scuba;c-2189165" wrote:

That may be one situation, however I have never seen that one. I typically see it when UL is placed on a unit at the 1% threshold.
Now they can't reach it so become immune to damage.
Still an easy fix heal 1% when UL is applied and the heal can't be prevented.
There is no " non preventable heal".
And yes that is a situation that comes up, I see it quite often. The reason they are locked in at 1% was because HI was there when it triggered the first time.
We can have the same conversation I had with the team not even a week ago. Each simple fix you can think of doesnt actually solve the problem, it just leaves it at an less likely case, but it is still possible.- Just spitballin here, but a tiny amount of Health Equalization followed by healing the allies a tiny amount to make up for the health loss should provide the same effect as healing through healing immunity.

And the vulture droids that not always assist on buzz droids? Or sun fac that doesn't count the buffs of the vulture droids summoned by malevolence?
I believe the buzz droid non-assist issue is a visual bug, where buzz droid have been cleared but the buff icon persists.
I mean, it is a bug either way, but a different bug. Could be it’s both...
