Payout isn't that big of a difference 100 plus- Whiners in ranks 100-200 and bigger babies 200+ don't stress about getting into the top 100 when deep down they know their team/mods are a joke, and especially if they are pretentious f2p players.

Or maybe folks who rank 100+ don't give a flipping flips about whiny little kids who complain about clock blocking.
