Sure enough, after 1.5 hours of refreshing and not seeing 18 my rank drops.

Fix this rubbish, seriously.

What sucks even more is when you see the 25 ->> 18 jump show up and you accidently refresh again... FML.

Why this lame-brained system persists to this day is beyond me... we know they have the UI set up to allow multiple panes/cards and a scrolling functionality (see the store and the endless cards there...)
