Edit : isn't GMT or Savage Opress worth using in an Empire/Sith Palpatine lead team?

GMT is not worth it. He's slow, has no health, does no damage, and has no potency. Unless you plan on using your very best mods on him, you just cant make him very good. Savage just doesn't do enough damage or have enough utility to be good in arena, but he's a decent toon for other tables.
