Arena/Fleet Battle Timeout solution

Well, your proposition is not simple at all, on the contrary, your solution seems overly complicated to implement and is prone to a number of shenanigans. It is much easier to just add an 8x animation speed or increase the timeout. Anyway, CG have had years to implement such simple solutions but they have not done so, so I doubt we will ever see anything like your proposal.
