Funny, you talk about fanfiction but you made a kit for someone who was given any semblance of relevance or lore….by the fanbase and not the people in charge. I.E they made up their own character
All of the characters I've suggested for SWGOH have appeared in official Star Wars media which goes against the term "fan fiction".
If it doesn't have a Wookieepedia page, means it's not an official character and is fan fiction.
If it is not fan fiction, please link to their Wookieepedia page now, I'm waiting.

The irony in your statement is that you're asking me to use a fan project that is not an official Star Wars resource (Wookieepedia) to prove that something is or is not official. You have made an entire kit for someone that had a few frames of screen time that was given lore by the fans.
Do you know what the Thrawn trilogy is? It's a non-official piece of Star Wars. As in "fanfiction." Half of legends is just fanfiction. Yet suddenly I'm being reprimanded for hopping on to that train?
The Thrawn trilogy is officially sanctioned media. Where you got this idea that it's "non-official" I have no idea. If it were unofficial, then Lucasfilm at the time would've been able to sue Timothy Zahn and Thrawn would've never later appeared in TIE Fighter, Empire at War or Rebels.
If you're referring to Willrow Hood, he's an official character and his lore has been expanded upon in further OFFICIAL expanded universe stories. Wookieedpia is a fan repository of information on all OFFICIAL media, meaning a fan fiction character like yours is 100% unlikely to have a Wookieedpia article of its own.The bottom line is that fan fiction characters like yours are 100% unlikely to be considered for SWGOH, only those which have first appeared in official media.
