Asajj Ventress rework...
Ventress is another one of those characters that are relatively strong/intimidating in lore, but don’t rise to the occasion in-game. It can be fun using her at times, but her current kit doesn’t allow...

I like it. In fact, all you suggestions make sense, if it's speed will remain at the same low level, yes.

With regard to its ability self-healing: it so happens that her need for healing and need to remove the enemies positive effects don't match. It depends how strong the opposing teams well as the current state of health of your team, I mean, your healer may at any time apply the treatments, even Asajj good health. But because it is very vulnerable (and as the enemy tries to kil her), it must have an alternative way of healing, i.e., doesn't depend on your healer. It may be necessary at any time. (And even that doesn't make her too advanced).
