I have found justification for this! One Asajj's ability was not implemented in the game. In reality Asajj had the ability to strangulation. This is precislity Damage over time.

Probably it can give a lot of use cases, yes, but honestly I don't think that she could be so in reality, because she has a lot of failures. But she was a good strong fighter.
Well, I inclined to such an option:
1. You suggestion - Asajj begins the battle with 1 turn of stealth. And Damage over time.
2. And the speed Required! Because she could fight with several opponents, as it would be possible in reality, if it was there the same speed as here in the game?!! Unbelievable.
