This is a whole new level of rant! I rate it a solid 5/7
I suggest you go read some tips on the forum starting with the beginner guides. If you are playing since the hard launch and you have so little characters / shards you are doing something wrong. Also the cantina battles are the easiest battles you will have! You can borrow heroes and you can bring both lights side and dark side heroes.
Basic tips:
- Refresh cantina energy once a day, and regular energy twice a day
- start working on some heroes and keep grinding them
- Read the topics about galactic war (great source of shards)
- try finishing arena in the top 200 (thought it might be hard since your behind the rest of your server)
